1. Pet Owners Responsibilities, per the Hernando Oaks Community     Standards:

• No person owning or in custody of an animal shall allow it to stray or go upon another's Lot, Dwelling Unit or Parcel without the consent of the Owner of such other Lot, Dwelling Unit or Parcel.  
• No pet shall be permitted outside a home unless on a leash or within an enclosed (fenced) portion of that home lot.  No pet or animal shall be “tied out” on the exterior of the house or in the common areas, or left unattended in a yard, porch or patio.  No dog runs or enclosures are permitted on any lot. 
• When notice of removal of pets is given by the Board or Management Company, the pet shall be removed within forty-eight (48) hours of the given notice. 
• The person walking the pet, or the Owner of the pet shall be responsible for cleaning up all matter created by the pet during the walk.  Each owner shall be responsible for the activities of their pets.

2.  Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Standards & Application:  

• Any exterior property alterations (to the home or the lot) requires the completion of an “ARC Application” form that must be approved by the ARC.  
• A copy of this PDF form can be obtained on the Portal.  
• This form also includes all instructions for submitting the application.  
• There is NO charge for submitting an ARC Application.
